We really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect after a day hiking nearby. Convenient location let us explore Colorado National Monument easily. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, just right to fuel our adventures. Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable!

For dads, it would be great if the mattresses were more comfortable. My kids wished for softer beds. A little more attention to upkeep could really elevate the experience for families.

great access to parks and eateries for city exploring

I had a great time at this place, as it offered easy access to several dining spots just a few steps away like Dragon Treasure Chinese Restaurant and Rib City Grill. The beautiful Fruita Bike Park is only about 500 meters away for a nice stroll in nature, felt very convenient all around.

Cleanliness stood out during the stay, with the entire place clearly maintained with care. The beds provided a comfortable night’s sleep, and the staff’s friendliness made us feel welcome. However, parking for larger vehicles was misleading, as the advertised semi/RV parking does not allow overnight stays, which was disappointing.

Staff were super helpful, but the pool was slimy and not well-maintained.

We had a nice 2-night stay! The kids loved the indoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice touch. Super close to food spots, which was fab for dinner. Staff was super helpful when we had a hiccup with our key card. Only bummer was the breakfast was pretty basic, but it did the job.
